نهب الرافدين وتأميم الدين / أمل الجبوري

التاريخ هو منجمٌ كبيرٌ لقراءة سيكولوجية الشعوب وهو اداة معرفية، للخروج من الأزمات، للإجابة ليس فقط على أسئلة تتعلق بالماضي ولكن أسئلة تبحث عنها أجوبة المستقبل.
فأذا فهم التاريخ ضمن السياق المعرفي البحثي النقدي وايضا ضمن إطار الأنثروبولوجيا فانه يكون آلية مهمة لأي بلد يريد الارتقاء الى مرحلة الانسانية التي يتساوى فيها المواطنون في كل شيء وتسود العدالة ويكون القانون هو المفصل الذي يصون هيبة الدولة مانحا إياها ضميرا لا يعرف ثقافة الإقصاء والتمييز أيا كان نوعه.
التاريخ أيضاً يفتح أرواحنا على مناطق في مواضيع شائكة ومعقدة لا نرى منها سوى لونا واحدا او لونا ضبابيا لكن العين الاخرى للشاعر الرائي الباحث عن الحقيقة وحدها دون ان يكون أسير وهم او أسير نظرية او موقف تحريضي مسبق فانه بالتأكيد سيجد في كل قصة مهما كبر او صغر حجمها مساحة لمراجعة الذات، مراجعة فعل شنيع كشن الحرب مثلا على شعب تحت اي غطاء كان.
ان العقل المحايد سيغير معادلة الاعلام والسياسة ورجال الدين هذه المعادلة التي تتعكز على جوهر امساك الجميع بالحقيقة وأي شيء عدا ذلك فهو اما باطل، أو كذب، او غير موجود على الإطلاق.
جيني لويس شاعرة بريطانية فقدت والدها وعمرها لم يكن يتجاوز الاشهر لكنها قبل أعوام قليلة قررت ان تبحث عن اي اثر لوالدها في بلاد الرافدين بعد ان وجدت في حاجيات ابيها البوما من صور نادرة كان قد قام بالتقاطها بكاميرته بين عامي 1914 و1916 لإماكن عدة في العراق مثل القرنة والعمارة والبصرة.
رحلة البحث بدأتها في قيد الجيش البريطاني للحروب التي خاضها خارج المملكة المتحدة ومن خلال سجله العسكري في هذا الأرشيف. واستمرت رحلة البحث لتمتد الى أعوام في مبنى دائرة الوثائق البريطانية الذي يحوي متحفا مهما يضم ويؤرشف حتى للعملاء من البريطانيين او غيرهم من الجنسيات لكي يطلع الرأي العام على حقب التاريخ البريطاني ومراحل تشكل بريطانيا العظمى عبر العصور حتى الوقت الحاضر.
كلما وجدت الشاعرة شيئا، فأنه يعزز قناعتها بان السبب الحقيقي وراء خوض الحروب من قبل الدول الكبرى هي المصالح الإستراتيجية وتحديدا الاقتصادية التي هي العمود الفقري لاية سلطة. وهذا يبدو جليا في احدى اعترافات اللورد غري فالدون الذي يشير الى العراق وعملية الاستيلاء على تلك المنطقة انذاك (1919) بـ Taking Mesopotamia.
هذه العبارة التي استعارتها جيني لكي تكون عنوان كتابها الذي ضم جزءا من هذه الشهادات التي تقاطعت زمنيا حيث ابتدأت من ملحمة جلجامش مارة بأول التدخل العسكري للبريطانيين هناك في بلاد الرافدين وببعض مذكرات الضباط البريطانيين الذين شاركوا في تلك العمليات العسكرية حتى الوقت الحاضر حيث امتزجت شهادات بعض العراقيين الذين اجرت معهم الشاعرة لقاءات عدة بعضها اصبح جزءا من رحلة البحث الشعرية هذه امثال الشاعر المبدع عدنان الصائغ الذي قام بتحرير بعض الترجمات العربية لهذه النصوص ومن ثم تطور مشروع جيني الى ورشة ادبية تعيد رحلة التأمل في حضارات الرافدين ودراسة نصوصها الادبية وتحديدا نص ملحمة جلجامش الشهيرة الذي هو الان محور اطروحة دكتوراه للشاعرة حيث تعيد صياغة ترجمة جديدة لهذا العمل الانساني الذي تفرد له شعوب العالم مساحة مهمة في مناهجها التدريسية في الوقت الذي ينظر اليه احد وزراء الثقافة في العراق بعد 2003 على انه عمل فيه استباحة للذوق والاخلاق العامة لانه يشير الى سيدوري وقصة الحانة. شيء محزن ان يختزل عمل اثار الجدل العالمي بمناظر أصولية في ثنائية الحلال والحرام ليس كونه اقدم نص ادبي معروف في تاريخ البشرية حسب ولكن كونه نصا يشير الى كل واحد منا في هذا العالم.
شارك في هذا الدورة هواة بريطانيون تختلف اعمارهم حتى ان بينهم من لا يتجاوز عمره الاحد عشر عاما. المفارقة انني لم اجد اي مشارك من العراقيين المقيمين هنا في لندن.
ولدت هذه الورشة بنصوص بعضها يشكل قراءة وتأمل جديدين الى عشتار او نجمة اليل، او انليل، أو بابل ليعيد صياغة احلام سومر بعيون عشاق المتحف البريطاني. هذا المشروع الذي تبنى نشر كتاب “نهب وادي الرافدين” (هكذا احببت أن أترجم العنوان) اشتمل على نصوص تسجيلية شعرية تكشف زيف الحروب كلها وعدم مشروعية الموت والسياسة التي تغتال الاحلام وتمحو ذاكرة الانسانية بتناسل حروب اخرى في مكان وزمان مختلفين او ربما ذات المكان كما حدث في عودة البريطانيين الى وادي الرافدين عام 2003 يساندون حليفهم التاريخي المتمثل بالاميركان. لكن قصة جيني لويس حينما تجاوزت رحلة البحث الشخصي الى رحلة ادانة الحرب وتسجيل شهادات الناجين منها او لضحايا ممن اكلتهم هذه الحرب سواء بالتهجير او المنافي، او فقدان الامل بعراق مدني متصالح بهذا النسيج الاجتماعي المتنوع كسجادة كاشان لا تشيخ ابدا، فإنها بدأت تدفع اخرين للبحث عن هذا التاريخ المشترك وإعادة إحيائه ولو بالحوار والحديث بصوت عال عن ذاكرة لا بد من دراستها من جديد.
اثناء حضوري قراءة اخرى لتلك النصوص وعرضا تاريخيا لقصة الشاعرة البريطانية في مكتبة الارشيف البريطاني قبل ايام، فاذا باحد الحضور من الجمهور البريطاني عرفت بعدها انه من كبار موظفي وزارة الخارجية، يعلق قائلا ان جده ايضا كان احد الضباط البريطانيين الذين خدموا في وادي الرافدين اثناء فترة الاحتلال البريطاني الاول للعراق، وراح يطلعنا في هاتفه الخليوي على بعض الصور النادرة التي قام جده بالتقاطها كما فعل والد جيني تماما. علقت قائلة لهما انها ايضا قصة العراقيين. فمن خلال العيون الاخرى هناك قراءة مختلفة للاحداث. ثمة توثيق مصور للحياة في المدن العراقية لا يحويه حتى ارشيف الدولة العراقية اليوم. اذن هي دعوة لفتح حوار حول تلك الفترة لكي يعاد فهم جزء من تاريخ المنطقة والعراق تحديدا، قراءة موضوعية تتجاوز التناول السطحي بعيدا عن ثنائية العدو/المستعمر والصديق /الامبريالي.
نريد قراءة تاريخ المرحلة الاولى لولادة الدولة العراقية على يد البريطانيين ضمن مقارنة موضوعية نقدية لمرحلة ما بعد 2003 اي دراسة احتلالين أجنبيين لأرض الرافدين، وما تلاهما من تغييرات ديموغرافية وسياسية ربما سنصل الى قراءة مغايرة لكتب التربية الوطنية التي ترعرعنا على حفظها وهي ان ما يسمى “بالثورات” ضد البريطانيين وتحديدا ثورة العشرين ما هي في حقيقة الامر الا انتفاضة وعصيان القبائل ممثلة بشيوخها على النظام المدني الدستوري التي أرادت ترسيخه بريطانيا العظمى آنذاك في العراق.
هذا النظام كان في اعتقاد هؤلاء اذا ما استقر ونضج وتبلور فإنه سيصبح المرجع الوحيد للمواطنة العراقية والذي سيشكل خطرا كبيرا على نفوذ المرجعيات الدينية والقبيلة والعشائر ونظامها الذي يستند على العصبية والقوة والإذعان، لا على منطق المساواة والعدالة وسلطة القانون ودولة مدنية تدين بدين المواطنة في الوقت الذي تكون فيه جزءا لا يتجزأ من الانسانية جمعاء.
قراءة جديدة للاحتلال البريطاني للعراق في أوائل القرن العشرين لا تجعلنا نقف فقط على نيات ومخططات الطامعين بالثروة النفطية، ولكن نقف أيضا على منجزات المراحل الاولى لتأسيس الدولة العراقية ومؤسساتها من برلمان، وملك مصون غير مسؤول لا يحكم وبرلمان قوي يطيح بالحكومات ورؤسائها وحكومة تكنوقراطية غير طائفية أو قائمة على المحاصصة، أقليات عديدة كانت تمثل النسيج المهم في تكامل العراق اقتصاديا حضاريا ثقافيا اجتماعيا، مدارس وجامعات تفوقت على جميع ما موجود في المنطقة بأسرها، حركات فنية تجديدية معاصرة تكمل الثورة الثقافية في الطرف الاخر من العالم، عراق كان ضمن ولادته الاولى عراقا نظيفا جميلا بعاصمة كانت الاولى بانفرادها عن المنطقة العربية بتأسيس اول قناة للتلفزيون والإذاعة، حوت اشهر الاسواق التجارية التي تضاهي آنذاك اهم الماركات العالمية كمحلات ليبرتي الشهيرة في لندن وغيرها، بغداد كانت بحق محور الثقافة والاقتصاد والسياسة، بغداد والتي حسب احد إحصاءات البريطانيين عام 1916 كانت اختصار الموزائيك الديني والإثني حيث السنة كانوا يشكلون ما يقارب 125 الف نسمة واليهود 80 الف والشيعة حوالي 25 الف وهناك أعداد اقل من القوميات والديانات الاخرى.
قراءة نقدية لا يسوقها وازع الغلو الوطني او الطائفي او القومي لتاريخ العراق عبر صور نادرة وإحصائيات كانت بعيدة عن التزوير المنظم الذي نعيشه اليوم للضمائر والذاكرة وللاحداث التي لم يمض عليها وقت بعيد. قراءة محايدة تلتزم البحث الأكاديمي النقدي الحر الذي يخضع كل مفصل في هذا التاريخ الى السؤال والبداية الحقيقية لفهم أوضاعنا وكيف يمكن ان نخرج من مستنقع الطائفية والموت، ان نبدأ رحلة ومهمة صعبة قبل كل شعوب المنطقة الا وهي تفكيك “تأميم الدين” التأميم الذي اذل العقل والتاريخ العربي والإسلامي بصورة عامة منذ ان اخضع السياسيون الانتهازيون ورجال الدين بكل مذاهبهم الدين الاسلامي كي يحكمونا ويتسلطون علينا باسمه لنساق بعدها مثل قطيع لا اقل ولا اكثر.
ان الشعرية التسجيلية تعيد فهم تشكل العراق كدولة وتعيد قراءة الشهود في بحث جيني لويس لكي نتعلم من ثنائيات الحب/الكراهية، الخلود/الفناء، الحرب/السلام، والثأر/الغفران:
“ان ابناء بلاد الرافدين الذين ربما انطلقوا،
مع الضياء الاول لقطف أفضله وهم يقولون،
